Rencontre de communautés chrétiennes isolées ou persécutées du monde entier, partage avec des chrétiens dont on soupçonne difficilement l’existence.
Charles (22 ans) et Gabriel (23 ans) sont deux amis d’enfance. Ces deux jeunes diplômés de grandes écoles sont partis pendant un an sur des vélos bizarroïdes à la rencontre de communautés chrétiennes persécutées.
Début d’une aventure inédite et insolite, loin des sentiers battus : 12 000 km à vélo, à pied et en pirogue, 365 jours de rencontres, 20 pays traversés. Les chrétiens sont aujourd’hui la communauté la plus persécutée au monde : 200 millions ne peuvent vivre leur foi ouvertement.
Far from St. Peter's Basilica in Rome and Old Europe, there is a Church which we never mention. From the Algerian desert to the Indian mobs, from the peaks of Tibet to the dunes of Mauritania, from the Amazon river to the Iraqi mountains, millions of Christians shape the Body of a "forgotten" Church. Charles and Gabriel, two childhood friends, embarked on an unprecedented journey. An initiationtrip for both young graduates. By bike, by canoe or on foot, they went from steeple to steeple to meet isolated Christians around the world and better understand the incredible reality of a same faith.
