Un chanteur a épousé une jeune fille riche dont les parents considèrent l’union comme une mésalliance. Il perd la voix et quitte sa femme et son enfant pour qu’elles trouvent chez ses beaux-parents l’aisance qu’il ne peut leur procurer. Il devient clown.
A singer has married a wealthy young woman and her parents consider their union as a misalliance. He looses his voice and leaves his wife and child so they can go back to her parents and take advantage of their fortune. He becomes a clown.
