PORT AU PRINCE : SUNDAY JANUARY 4TH
4 janvier 2004, Haïti. Célébration du bicentenaire de la déclaration d'indépendance. Depuis des mois, des manifestations étudiantes et populaires protestent contre la dictature du "Prophète", le Président Aristide. Tout oppose Lucien, étudiant en philosophie convaincu du succès de la manifestation vers la démocratie, à son jeune frère Little Joe, voyou recruté par les Chimères pour réprimer la marche des étudiants. Ce jour va sceller le destin des deux frères.
January 4th 2004, Haiti. Bi-centennial celebration of the Independence. For several months, students and workers demonstrate against the President Aristide's dictatorship. Everything opposes Lucien, student in philosophy who acts actively for the success of theses fights for freedom, to his young brother Little Joe, hired to repress these demonstrations, at any price.
