Ancient city of Greece, Epidaurus is today one of the most visited sanctuaries.
It is famous for its theater of the fourth century before J-C, exceptionally wellpreserved, probably the most beautiful Greek theater of the ancient world.

Originally, this place was the sanctuary of Asclepius, god of medicine. The patients went there to be cured by Asclepius.

On a steep mountainside on the Taygetos, Mistra the Dead, dating back to the 13th century, occupies an exceptional site. Churches, Byzantine monasteries, palaces and houses in ruins attest of the greatness of the ancient capital of the
Despotate of Morea in the 14 and 15th centuries.

Corinth was rebuilt in the nineteenth century after a violent earthquake that destroyed the ancient city. In ancient times, it was a rich city, substantial remnants reached us.

The city owed, part of its prosperity, to a privileged position: crossroads between Attica and the Peloponnese and between the Aegean and the Ionian Sea.
