Paris Romance is a stirring documentary which brings audiences on an historic journey through France’s capital. This uncut visual tour presents the elegance, the beauty, and the poetry of Paris. From the times of Roman conquest, throughout the middle ages, beyond the fires of the French Revolution and all the way to the modern day, Paris has endured as a symbol of romance and beauty in Europe. Director Serge Korber explores these periods in history, and how the changing times shaped Paris block by block: from the districts, bridges, churches and cemeteries, all the way to the famous Bastille. Another way to discover Paris. The memory of stones, characters, songs lead us in the different streets of Paris. The discovery of a cultural and historical unique patrimony.
